Tickets: Adults $15. Seniors Card $13, Children under 16 FREE.

Is this event COVID Safe?

This event is running under a COVID Safe Event Plan approved by the Newcastle Public Health Unit. All patrons will need to abide by the COVID Safe rules as set out to attend this event. All patrons will need to pre-purchase their tickets online and complete a short COVID Safe questionnaire. If you do not pass the questionnaire or do not wish to comply with the COVID Safe rules, then you will not be permitted within this event. It is illegal to supply false information.

Can I purchase tickets at the event?

No, due to COVID Safe practices, all tickets must be pre-purchased online.

Why are tickets only available online?

Tickets are only available online to reduce contact points and to record patron contact details in line with COVID tracing requirements. This is the new normal and a requirement under COVID Safe Event Plan.

Do children need a ticket?

YES, every person, adult or child attending this event must purchase a ticket and register their details, in line with the COVID Safe Event Plan. Children are free to attend when accompanied by an adult, but they still MUST be registered.

Do carers to a Companion Card Holder have to pay?

A paid or unpaid assistant or carer assisting the holder of a current Companion Card are admitted FREE.

Can I get a multiple day ticket?

Yes, there are multiple day tickets available at a discounted cost. Adults $18, Seniors $15. Please note all patrons (including children) must register due to COVID-19 contact tracing requirements.

What if I can’t purchase tickets online?

Unfortunately this is a new requirement under the COVID Safe Event Plan to allow this event to take place. If you are unable to purchase online, we suggest asking a family member or friend to complete the transaction for you.

I have not received my tickets?

To re-send your tickets and for ticketing help, visit the ticket purchasing page, scroll down to the bottom and follow the links to re-send your ticket or ask for help.

Can I use another persons ticket to enter the event?

NO, all tickets are final and contain individual COVID Safety questions. Data recorded against a ticket may be used for future COVID tracing requirements by the Public Health Unit. It is illegal to use another person’s ticket to enter this event.

No. Smoking (inlcuding e-cigarettes) inside the event precinct or within 10 metres of the event entrances is prohibited.
