The 2025 Newcastle Outdoor Adventure & Lifestyle Expo is held at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre, Griffths Road, Broadmeadow NSW 2292.
Limited parking will be available around the side of the show ring at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre grounds on event days (first come basis only), and is weather dependent. Please see yellow area of the map above. The parking fee is $7 at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre and can be paid by Contactless/’Tap and Go’, as well as cash. No caravans or trailers permitted.
Please note entry into the grounds will be via Griffiths Road, please follow signage and parking attendant directions. Expo entry from these parking areas is by ‘Entry 1’. Venue staff will be present to direct pedestrians.
A limited number of Persons with a Disability (PWD) car parking spaces are available near the grandstand on the show ring for holders of a valid government-issued disability parking permit. These car parks will be issued to customers on a first-come, first-served basis each event day. Please ensure your disability parking permit is visible for the carpark attendant to see and follow the blue dashed line to ‘Entry 1’. No caravans or trailers permitted.
FREE Parking will be available at the Police Citizens Youth Club on all event days – Friday 29th August to Sunday 31st August (Please see aqua area of the map above). Entry is via Curley Road (one way) and Exit is via Melbourne Road (one way) – No caravans or trailers permitted. Follow the light green dashed line (on the map above) through to ‘Entry 1’ via the turn-styles of the Newcastle Entertainment Centre Curley Road entry. Distance is approximately 300m to get to the entry point into the Entertainment Centre.
FREE Parking will be available at the McDonald Jones Stadium South Car Park (aqua on map above) on Saturday 30th August & Sunday 31st August only (Please see aqua area of the map above). Entry is via Turton Road – No caravans or trailers permitted. An accessible Courtesy Coach will take visitors to ‘Entry 2’ (Brown Road) at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre. Please follow the car park attendants directions to the coach (Sid Fogg’s Coaches) pick-up point. Service will run every 30 minutes from 8am and last service will return from ‘Entry 2’ at 4pm, and this is a FREE service.

To get to the Expo using public transport, set your ‘to location’ to be: “Newcastle Sports & Entertainment Centre, Broadmeadow”. Visitors arriving by Train or Bus to Broadmeadow station, can utilise the underpass/tunnel and enter the event via ‘Gate 2’. Please visit the Transport NSW website to plan your journey.
